Privacy, contact form, and cookie information for Emerén Solutions.
When you send a message, we store the information you provide so we can reply and follow up on the enquiry. This can include your name, email address, phone number, selected topic, message, language, timestamp, and basic technical request metadata.
Contact submissions are used only to handle the enquiry and related business communication. They should be kept only as long as needed for follow-up, administration, and legitimate business records, then deleted or archived according to a defined retention routine.
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A language preference cookie may be stored for one year only when you actively choose a language, so the site can keep showing the selected language on later visits.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and contact submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting contact@emeren.io.
Effective 3 October 2026. This section applies to our iPhone apps. The website and contact-form policy above applies separately when you visit this website or use its contact form.
None of these apps requires an account or includes advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. We do not operate an app user database. Preferences and other local app data are stored on your device. Deleting an app removes its locally stored information from that device.
Meditation settings, sound selections, and the current session stay on your device and are not sent to us. If you enable notifications, iOS uses that permission to deliver your selected meditation cues. You can revoke notification permission in iOS Settings.
Custom breathing patterns and preferences stay on your device and are not sent to us. We do not collect your breathing activity or build a user profile.
Currency choices, appearance, and cached exchange rates are stored on your device. Entered amounts are not sent off the device. When rates are refreshed, Cambio requests rates for the selected currency from ExchangeRate-API at open.er-api.com. The provider receives the three-letter currency code and normal network information such as your IP address and request metadata. Cambio does not add an account identifier, advertising identifier, precise location, or entered amount to the request.
All three apps use Apple's StoreKit to load optional support purchases and process transactions you initiate. The apps receive transaction information to complete purchases and may contact Apple's purchase services when they open to finish purchases you already started. Apple handles payment information under its own privacy policy. The apps do not receive or store payment-card details. These purchases do not unlock features or content.
If you email support@emeren.io, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond and handle your request, and retain it only as reasonably needed for support and recordkeeping. Contact the same address with privacy questions or requests concerning information you have sent us. Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive health information.
